Privacy Policy

Invoomen (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the INVOOMEN AI Studio at invoomen.com — a creative platform for generating images, video, and music with AI models.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. By using the service you agree to the practices described here.

We collect only what we need to run the service:

• Account information — your email address, display name, optional profile and cover photos, and, if you sign in with Google, the basic profile details Google shares (name, email, avatar).
• Content you create — the prompts you write, files you upload (images, video, audio), characters and elements you build, and the media generated for you.
• Billing information — your plan, credit balances, and purchase history. Card details are collected and processed by our payment provider, Dodo Payments; we never see or store full card numbers.
• Usage data — pages visited and feature usage, collected through Google Analytics only after you accept the cookie banner (see our Cookie Notice).
• Security signals — Google reCAPTCHA runs on sign-in and sign-up pages to block automated abuse.
• Support communications — messages you send to our support email.

We use your information to operate, secure, and improve the service:

• Delivering generations — your prompts and input files are sent to the AI model providers needed to produce your requested output.
• Managing your account, plan, credits, and purchase history.
• Keeping the platform safe — preventing fraud, abuse, and automated attacks.
• Sending service notifications (for example, when a generation finishes or your plan changes).
• Understanding aggregate product usage to improve features (analytics, only with your consent).
• Responding to your support requests.

When you run a generation, the prompt and any input media you attach are transmitted to the third-party AI model provider that powers the model you selected, solely to produce your output. Different models are operated by different providers.

We do not use your prompts, uploads, or generated media to train AI models. Please avoid uploading content you do not have the right to use, or sensitive personal information you would not want processed by an AI service.

We use strictly-necessary cookies to keep you signed in, and Google Analytics 4 to understand product usage. Analytics is disabled by default and only activates after you accept the cookie banner (Google Consent Mode v2 keeps analytics storage “denied” until then).

We never sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers required to run the platform, and only what each one needs:

• AI model providers — receive prompts and input media to fulfil your generations.
• Dodo Payments — processes subscription and credit purchases.
• Infrastructure providers — host our application, database, and media storage.
• Google — reCAPTCHA (abuse prevention) and Analytics (with consent).
• Authorities — only where the law requires it.

Your media is stored in access-controlled cloud storage. Links to your private files are signed and expire within 24 hours, so they cannot be shared permanently without your action.

All traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Access to production systems is restricted, and payment credentials never touch our servers.

No internet service can guarantee absolute security; if we become aware of a breach affecting your data we will notify you as required by applicable law.

We keep your account data while your account is active. Specific retention windows apply to generated content:

• Generation history is automatically removed about 180 days after creation.
• Failed generations are cleaned up within 24 hours.
• Unused credits expire per their terms (plan credits each billing cycle; extra credit blocks 90 days; trial credits 40 days).
• Community posts stay published until you remove them or delete your account.

If you publish a creation to the Community feed, it becomes publicly visible — including your display name and, if you enable it, the generation settings used to create it. You can unpublish your posts at any time.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing.

You can update profile details in Settings, withdraw analytics consent at any time (see the Cookie Notice), and request account deletion or a copy of your data by emailing support@invoomen.com. We respond to verified requests within the timeframes required by applicable law.

The service is not directed to children under 13 (or the higher minimum age that applies in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children; if you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email, and the “Last updated” date above always reflects the current version.
