Refund Policy

Last updated March 2025. These terms apply to all INVOOMEN AI Studio subscriptions and purchases.

Subscriptions

Billed immediately on new plans or upgrades. Downgrades and cancellations stay active until the end of the billing period.

Credits

Credits are non-refundable once consumed. Unconsumed credits may be refunded within 7 days if you contact support.

Add-Ons

Extra Credits Blocks are one-time purchases, valid for 90 days and non-refundable once added to your wallet.

Subscription Refunds

Paid subscriptions are billed immediately when you start a new paid plan, upgrade to a higher tier, or switch from monthly to annual billing.

We do not issue refunds for partial billing periods, unused credits, scheduled cancellations, or scheduled downgrades. When you cancel, your paid access remains active until the end of the current billing term and then reverts to the Free plan.

Credit Refunds

Credits that have already been used to generate content cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

If you believe credits were consumed in error due to a platform fault, please contact support within 7 days with your generation ID and we will review the case.

Add-On Refunds

Extra Credits Blocks are one-time purchases, not a subscription. Once the credits are added to your wallet the charge is non-refundable.

Each block is valid for 90 days from purchase and does not renew. Any credits left unused at the end of that window expire.

Downgrades & Cancellations

Downgrades, annual-to-monthly switches, and cancellations stay active until the end of the current paid billing period. They do not reduce access immediately.

Extra Credits Blocks you have already purchased are not affected by downgrades or cancellations — they remain usable for the rest of their 90-day window. Buying new blocks requires an eligible plan (Advanced, Infinite, or Wonder).

Payment Recovery

If a payment fails, access to paid entitlements may be suspended until Dodo Payments confirms a successful recovery charge.

We aim to respond to all billing inquiries within 2 business days.
